Below are my shipping and handling rates, return policy, and other general information.

IMPORTANT: I usually ship only to U.S. and Canadian customers. If you're outside North America, but are still interested in buying one of my pieces, please email me and we can estimate shipping rates.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Below are my shipping and handling rates. I combine shipping when you buy more than one piece, so the rates are for the total cost of your order.

Shipping

I ship small pieces via U.S. mail and larger pieces with Fedex Ground (I'll supply you a tracking number). I insure all shipments for the value of the piece. If a piece is lost or damaged in transit, I'll use the insurance to refund your payment (including Shipping and Handling).

Care Instructions

Avoid hanging artwork in direct sunlight.

Spot clean with damp cloth, if necessary.

If artwork is wrinkled, iron from back with warm iron. Avoid placing iron directly on beadwork.

Return Policy

I want my customers to be happy, so I do accept returns.

However, please contact me before returning any item. I accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of a piece. Returned work must be in its original condition and packaged and shipped in the same manner as you received it. You must insure all return packages. Refunds, less shipping, handling, and insurance costs, will be processed upon my receipt of the item.
